By having access to these points that are even used in acupuncture, then you get to manipulate a person’s energy field.
Emotional Freedom Technique allows for the disturbance in your energy field caused by negativity to be released by tapping on these pressure points or energy points. Emotional Freedom Technique originator, Gary Craig, called these points as meridian points and he believes that by tapping on these points while you recall a painful or stressful memory, a person will have a better energy flow. The idea is that when these meridian points are tapped, then the disturbance caused by negativity is released and thus, you are freed from the pain or trauma.
