On the web Ximo Well being Critique
Ximo Health, a brand spanking new firm that exploded into the Network Advertising industry in late 2010. Ximo Well being was initially founded by two guys, Todd Crowley and Bryan Baranowski. Between them they’ve over 4 decades of encounter inside the areas of well being and nutritional items. From what I can tell, both guys appear to know what they’re performing and also the firm just isn’t going anywhere. The owner and CEO is Erik Laver who took control of the firm back in early November 2010. Eric becoming the CEO was absolutely a main plus; he has lots of encounter in Network Marketing and advertising and knows how you can run a business enterprise. He has also co-founded other companies with good success. So to round up my review of the guys behind the company. The founders obviously know what they’re performing along with the firm is here to stay. What about leadership? Well, like I said the corporation leadership looks OK, but what about the reps?
From what I’ve observed, there are some massive names joining the provider. So what do Ximo Health sell? You guessed right, they market a well being item LOL. A healthy beverage that brings energy, mood & mental focus and weight loss. That’s what the website says anyway. The juice comes in a 16 ounce bottle with a recommended serving of 2 ounces. On top of boosting energy, mental focus and weight loss, Ximo contains a bunch of anti-oxidants to help lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure and all that good stuff. To be honest I have gone on about the product far too long. It’s just juice; you really don’t need to know every little detail about your company’s product to make money from it. Remember, we are not in this business enterprise to go on a $300 autoship of juice; we are in this company to make money. Point being, paying attention to detail just isn’t always that important.
Ximo Health Review: Comp Plan
The Ximo Wellness comp plan is good and when I say good I mean it. It’s not the most amazing pay plan I’ve observed, but it’s not bad at all. First of all you will find retail commissions or “bonuses” as organizations like to say. You get paid retail bonuses on customers. To be honest I don’t think there will be much money in the retail bonuses. As do you know anyone who wants to spend over $100 on juice? I don’t want to knock the concept of wholesome juice as some of the most successful Network Marketing and advertising corporations inside the world sell juice. It’s a cool item, you can consume it and everyone wants to be wholesome. Here is where it gets exciting. There is a fast start bonus which provides commissions up to four levels deep. Most organizations only pay fast start bonuses down 1 level. Ximo pay through four so there is definitely a great deal of money to be made there.
There’s also an unilevel plan which pays through nine levels of your organization and percentages start at 10% to 15% for sales within the first and second levels. If you want more details on the unilevel plan, you’re going to have to visit the website. Last but not least, there is a leadership pool that rewards leaders for taking massive action. I always like leadership pools as they’re like incentives. They push people to recruit, recruit, and recruit so they can claim their piece of the organization pie. Ximo sets aside 3% of the total worldwide purchases and that goes into the pool each month. I think the comp plan is good. It’s a high paying plan that has multiple ways of getting paid. It pays out short term money as nicely as long term residual income. Once you hear that, that’s all you need to know.
Ximo Wellness Conclusion
Ximo Well being definitely has a good shot of being very successful in the business of wellness and Network Marketing and advertising. I can see them becoming one of the big players inside the Wellness Network Marketing and advertising industry. The problem I can see with promoting Ximo is that it’s not really unique. All the juices are the same, who really cares about what ancient miracle herb or fruit goes into it? So to sum up this entire review. I think that you can have loads of success promoting Ximo if you know what you’re performing. However, if you don’t know the way to market the opportunity and or item, you’re going to have a pretty tough time. Whether you’re looking to make some part time or full time income in this industry. You need a consistent flow of targeted leads and you need to be able to sponsor people on a weekly organization. I really don’t care what corporation websites say. That you only have to sponsor 2 people and you’re going to be rich, it’s complete bullshit.
Those dumb theories are built on crap, a perfect world. A perfect world where everyone sponsors 2 people through a gazillion levels and you’re making like $100,000 a month. The truth is that you need to sponsor at least 50 to 100 people or you’re never going to see true success in Network Advertising. So how do you sponsor so many reps? It’s easy; you just need to expose a certain number of targeted prospects to your presentation each week. To do that you need lead flow and you need around 20 targeted leads a day. If you speak to 20 targeted leads a day, you’re probably going to sponsor between 1 and 10 of them. Depending on your prospecting skills that is. The point is that you will never get anywhere in this business without prospecting and closing knowledge. Without presentations, tools, systems and most importantly a consistent flow of leads.
